My sisters and I opened the doors to Villarina's Pasta Shop of Newtown in the spring of 2002. This was our second Connecticut location, joining their Southbury location, which was opened in 1998. Since then, our family owned and operated business has grown to three locations: Southbury, Newtown and New Milford. Our specialty is pasta: you can find everything from fresh cut spaghetti, linguini or f
ettucini to dozens of varieties of ravioli to lasagnas, tortellini, and so much more. You'll also find a wide variety of sauces to accompany whichever pasta or ravioli you choose. And, if you are looking for something to complete your meal, you can also find homestyle dinners such as good ol' fashioned chicken parm, hearty chicken scarpiello, or chicken francese. It doesn't end there, either- in addition to our vast menu of Italian specialties, we have a delicious selection of crackers and spreads, scone mixes and jams, appetizers and desserts- all things delicious! We have also brought in many gluten-free products to cater to the growing gluten-free population.
