I have had a few people reach out about jam baskets/orders for the holidays. If I can get enough orders, I may make a short list of jams that would be ready Tuesday next week. Prepay only ($8 a jar) and pick ups at Craft-Tucky Tuesday thru Friday.

Here are the flavors I was thinking:
Bourbon Maple Apple Butter
Christmas Jam
Raspberry Jalapeno Jam
Pineapple Habanero Jam
Cherry Bourbon Ghost Pepper Jam

If this goes well next week I will make 5 more flavors. Please message me for your preorders. There will NOT be left over jam to buy later.

A little bit about Sweet & Sassy

Sweet & Sassy Jams and Jellies just happened back in January 2019. I had always preserved jams and canned food for my family the last few years. One day a friend asked me to make him some corn cobb jelly. I as so fascinated by it and the story behind it, I thought sure why not. Someone else asked for a pepper jam. I made pineapple habanero. It was such a hit everyone wanted a jar. So before the week was up, we had a business plan and a homebased microprocessor license. In the weeks to come we also was accepted into the KY Proud program and began doing festival and shows!
