How Much Freezer Space Do I Need?”

One of the biggest questions people have about buying bulk beef is:

“Where am I going to put all that beef?” 😂

Good news — a quarter beef doesn’t require a walk-in freezer.

🥩 ¼ Beef: roughly 125–135 lbs take-home beef
❄️ Freezer space: plan for approximately 4–5 cubic feet

That gets you a freezer stocked with a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef and other cuts — ready whenever you need dinner.
