Pink slime is still here. I really haven’t heard much about pink slime in ground beef for awhile. Someone told me today it is called LFTB now “Lean Finely Textured Beef” and up to 20% of the ground beef can be LFTB. Especially in fast food! We of course do not use anything like that in our Wagyu Ground Beef. Buy from farmers and avoid the nasty ground beef!
