Union Valley Farms We are presently selling honey. We plan on expanding to also sell blackberries, farm fresh eggs, and other farm related produce.

In April of 2011, Allen "Judge" Coleman wanted to explore an agricultural avenue that didn't require fences or trailers. After some research, he honed in on the idea of becoming a bee keeper. A bee class was offered in a nearby Texas town, and soon Judge was on his way into establishing Union Valley Farms. In his first year, he started out with five hives. By the end of the third year, he had succ

essfully grown to 40 hives!! The hives are located in Gonzales and Wilson county. In his first year in production, Judge extracted 900 pounds of honey. He continues to grow his honey business and plans on expanding to at least 100 hives. Union Valley Farms is dedicated in producing honey of the highest quality.
