We haven’t been on here for a while but we have some steaks and a 1/2 beef for sale! This will be the last of our beef for while! If you want to get those last minute grilled steaks in before summer is over let us know!!

We want to give you another chance to stock up for those summer BBQs! 🥩 This is all we have left for packaged beef for the rest of the summer.
• 5 packages of rib steak ($20/lb)
• 9 packages of tbone ($20/lb)
• 4 packages of sirloin ($14/lb)
• 8 packages of cube steak ($8/lb)
• 8 packages of soup bones ($5/lb)
• 15 roasts ($6.50/lb)
• 200 pounds of ground beef ($7/lb)

Thank you everyone who helped us out. We were able to save everything and most importantly keep everything within safe freezer temps.

We are still waiting for the walk-in to be fixed completely so it functions as it used to. But we have everything moved into our chest freezers for now.

Still available: 2 halves, 1 quarter, some beautiful steaks and roasts. Also have short ribs, soup bones and cube steak. Let us know what you need before it’s gone.

Our walk-in freezer decided to go on strike overnight. Everything is still frozen solid and perfectly fine. However, I’m not sure that will be the case after the sunshine and 80 degree weather beats on it for today. We have a lot of chest freezers that I’m going to move beef into but I’m not sure that we have enough room.

So, it’s your opportunity to save some money. We have whole or half beef available. It is normally $4.30/lb on the hanging weight for animal. The halves averaged 320-350 pounds per half.

This morning only, save $200/whole beef ($100/half, $50/quarter) while supplies last.

We also have plenty of ground beef on hand. Normally $7/lb. $6.50/pound this morning only.

We are back!! We haven't been present on here for a while as we have needed some time to finish out the steers. This allows better marbling, richer flavor, and overall better quality of beef. We have quarters, halves and whole beef available! Message us or give us a call to get custom cutting orders including steaks, roasts and ground beef.
