Shady Grove Marketplace is a small, urban grocery located in downtown Norfolk that specializes in groceries and local flavor. We work with several local farmers, including Henley's Farm in Pungo and Pickett's Harbor Farm (Eastern Shore) to bring fresh and local produce to the city. From strawberries and blackberries to sweet white corn on-the-cob, peaches, watermelons & cantaloupes to tomatoes & b

lueberries, if it grows here, we get it! Currently you'll also find a variety of wraps and salads from local favorite, Pasha Mezze, Norfolk Coffee & Tea to keep you going, Sugar Plum Bakery, Prairie Grain and Artisan's Bakery for your fresh breads & baked goods, as well as a downtown favorite -- Bagel Nutz. We also offer Boar's Head gourmet meats and cheeses and Oberweis Dairy products which includes glass-bottled milk and ice cream that will knock your socks off! The PetWay supplies our high quality pet foods and treats for all your pet's needs. At Shady Grove our customers can find many of their favorite local businesses' products, local produce, and much of their grocery needs under one roof. Situated on the corner of Bute St. and Botetourt St. overlooking the cobblestones, outside seating gives a close-up view of the unique vibe and beauty of Norfolk's Freemason district.
