We have approximately 10 lb cases of premium Tri Tip available for immediate pickup! This is one of my favorites to cook up and serve family style.

✔️ 3 Tri Tips per case
✔️ Only $7.75/lb
✔️ Great for smoking, reverse searing, or slicing thin for sandwiches & tacos

Our favorite way to cook them:
Season heavily with salt, pepper, and garlic, smoke at 225° until about 140° internal, then finish with a hot sear if you want a nice crust - (pull for the sear at 125 F to stay at medium rare). Slice thin against the grain and enjoy.
