I appreciate everyone who stopped in on Saturdays over the past few months. To be honest, I am genuinely surprised by how much our customer traffic has shifted toward weekday lunch at Sirens Subs. As a small independent business, I'm constantly evaluating our hours to make sure I'm focusing my time where it has the biggest impact. Weekday lunch has clearly become the heart of Sirens Subs, so beginning August 4th, we'll be open Tuesday through Friday.

Join me tomorrow for one final Saturday lunch service!

I know this change won't work for everyone, and I will miss seeing so many of my weekend familiar faces. This isn't necessarily permanent. I'm always looking for opportunities to grow Sirens Subs, but I also believe growth should happen intentionally. When the timing is right, I'll be the first one excited to expand our hours again, and I'll be sure to keep everyone updated.

Thank you for your continued support. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Sirens Subs.

Thank yall for an amazing harborfest weekend! The new grab & go came in clutch - thank you all for helping me test it out. My family had prior engagements this weekend so I was very nervous staring down such a big weekend totally solo. I was able to take on some catering orders and stay open until close both days thanks to having items in the grab & go case 💪 and totally sold out of everything by end of day. Hope yall had a blast. It's my favorite weekend in Norfolk! ⛵️⚓️🧜🏼‍♀️

TWO updates:

1. Grab & Go - Need lunch fast? Skip the kiosk line and scan the QR code on the cooler to order. You'll find sandwiches, sub bowls, chips, drinks, cookies, and more. I restock the cooler as I can throughout the day.

I'm still testing this program, and testing out off-menu items here, so every purchase helps me figure out what you want to see more of!

2. B**r & W**e have made their comeback! I do still have my off premises license, so you can still purchase to goooooo for your beach or picnic trips. W**e is back soon - still figuring out how I want that program to look!

I'm having some internet and systems issues today, Tuesday 4/7. It was already a rough start to the morning so I am making the hard decision to close up for the day and come back refreshed tomorrow.

I unfortunately cannot see any online orders, so I will not be able to make them before I head out for the day.... but if you want to reply to your order receipt and let me know if you'd like a refund or if you'd like to pick up same time tomorrow just let me know. 😭 So sorry, guys.
