If you buy fresh mozzarella and don’t get around to eating it all, don’t toss it! Wrap it up tightly and when you’re ready to enjoy it again, place it in hot tap water (not boiling!) for about 8 minutes. It helps bring back that soft, creamy, melty goodness. 💛

Because sad, cold mozzarella deserves a second chance. 😄🧀
