In Episode Nine, we’re looking back at the long days and even longer nights that went into keeping Corropolese running. From early morning bread deliveries to mixing dough and making tomato pies late into the night, there was always something that needed to get done.

Butch recalls working for years with hardly a day off, sometimes only getting a break on Christmas. As his sons, Mike and Joseph, grew older, they became more involved in the bakery.

Of course, there’s plenty of laughter along the way, especially when the conversation turns to balancing school, working alongside family, and the days when even coming home from vacation meant heading straight back to work.
