What's in your cup?

A great analogy and such a strong reminder of the rewarding work that we must continue to put into our own daily growth.

I LOVE THIS:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into you?
Wrong answer:

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. So we have to ask ourselves...
“what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratitude, peace and humility? Or possibly
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?

Life provids the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affrmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others as we all could use a little more positive vibration.

My cousin has two tickets for the 2024 SUPER BOWL, both box seats. He paid $6,500 each ticket, but he didn't realize last year when he bought them, it was going to be on the same day as his wedding. If you are interested, he is looking for someone to take his place... It's at St. John's Church, in Phoenixville at 3 p.m. Her name is Stacy. She's 5'2, about 120 lbs. She's a good cook, cleans and does dishes too. She'll be the one in the white dress.

Stop out and grab a bag or text 609-972-7318 and have it delivered for an extra $5. Delivery area includes the Wildwoods, Villas, North Cape May, Town Bank, Erma and Rio Grande. For delivery cost anywhere else please text the number above and ask.

HOW IT WORKS:

We are putting out $20 that will be placed out front of one of the most delicious restaurants in our county, La Bahia Latin Grill, Located in the North Cape May Acme Shopping .

That's right, just drive up, put $20 in the lox box, grab a $20 bag and go home to explore the fresh and deliciousness of our Grocer Direct healthy fruits and vegetables! Bags are packed so use caution and hold from the bottom.

If you get the last bag please put in the comments below.

This week's $20 bags will be loaded with tons of fruit and vegetables that will include:

Bananas
Blueberries
Jersey Sweet Potato
Tupa Eggplant
Mexican Juice Oranges
Ugly Organic Limes
Baby sweets Mandarin
Organic green peppers
Bag of Baby Carrots
