Update!! On the food truck park
At festival center
The entire festival center is under contract and to my knowledge they will be torn down and build new shops, restaurants and luxury apartments & more!

I control my 1 acre out parcel & also have access to their entire parking lot! I also have & exclusive purchase options!! (Meaning)
Nobody can purchase it but me for the next 18months at a fixed amount!

with that said.... Ive had developers reaching out to buy my exclusive purchase option.
If I decide to sell my purchase option, I will look for another location to do a Food Truck park!

That's why you haven't seen construction moving forward!

Tip: always make sure your paperwork/ contracts are flawless and in your favor! My paperwork is always on point!!!
