“Bring a Friend” has become a cherished tradition that our North Conway Olive Oil family looks forward to every year. It’s our chance to open our doors and our hearts, to the community, and to share the joy of cooking and eating great food together.

It’s a weekend that brings our whole family together to make the magic happen. For us, the kitchen has always been the heart of the home. And by welcoming a chef into our store, we get to share a little piece of that Italian warmth and hospitality with you.

As we celebrate 25 years of “Bring a Friend,” we’re filled with gratitude and excitement to cook, connect, and celebrate with everyone who walks through our doors.

Tomatoes are at their peak right now and honestly, it might be our favorite time of year.

If you’ve got a garden full of them (or a neighbor who does), here are a few super simple ways to make them shine using our oils and vinegars:

– Thick tomato slices + Extra Virgin Olive Oil + Traditional or Denissimo Balsamic + a pinch of dried oregano, salt , & pepper

– Caprese salad with Basil Olive Oil and a drizzle of Fig Dark Balsamic

– Garden tomato salsa with a splash of Baklouti Green Chili Fused Oil for a little heat
