Sorry for the long wait but we finally have our updated quarter and half cow pricing for 2026. We have it available immediately so let us know if you'd like to purchase. All of our beef is dry aged 21 days and is born and raised on our farm.
If you are a beef aficionado and know exactly how you want it cut, we can also send the animal to the butcher and have you take it from there. Message us for more details! Thanks!
