Which would inevitabley become known as, "Carter's Coop". The Coop was conceived not out of necessity. Rather, a strong belief in preparing wholesome food and a strong passion for cooking. You can rest easy knowing that we use nothing but the freshest ingredients, locally sourced, from our table, to yours.
