Picking scapes is a big job. Thankfully, we have the cutest little farm hands helping us as we go!

We still have some scapes available for sale! DM us for local meetup.

Unfortunately, we can’t ship scapes. We haven’t been able to find a sustainable solution for refrigerated shipping.

Scapes are in! 😋 Message if you are interested! $4/bunch. (Local OR pickup or meet up only)

Cooking idea: Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake on sheet pan at 450 for 12-15min. Enjoy!

Scapes shoot up from the elephant garlic plant near the end of the season. The top part becomes the flower. We pick the scape before it flowers so the plant can divert more energy to growing a large garlic bulb.

**SALE** Cooking Garlic - smaller cloves great for cooking, canning and fermenting. $10/lb (usually $16/lb) - min 2lb order. Elephant garlic is planted in the fall. We just finished planting next year's crop :) When we break down bulbs into seed to plant, we save the smaller cloves to sell as cooking garlic. They eat the same as the bigger cloves, but are smaller in size.

Corms for planting are also available. $5/20 corms.
