Not listed is a whole prime rib, some chicken breasts for $2.50/lb, and a farm raised brisket!

Hello everyone!

We will be back in North Platte on Saturday from 11 am to 1pm and we have lots of steaks!!!

We will be having a quick sale from 11:30am to 1 pm Sunday in front of Wild Bills Fun Center.

For the last time ever we will have Omaha steaks NY strip steak cases. These cases have 4 - 14 oz NY strip end cut steaks with a small piece of bone along the edge. They are great on the grill and sell for only $32 for the case of 4!

Omaha steaks is going away from it's current model and we are being told that we will not be able to get these again once we sell out.

Sorry everyone. We are going to have to cancel our sale again this weekend. We will have a sale as soon as possible but unfortunately it will not be this weekend.

Ok everyone! Due to the weather and some other factors (newly developed pin hole in my radiator) we are going to be rescheduling to the weekend of 1-31/2-1.

If you are needing any hamburger shoot us a message and Justin might be able to get some into town early next week.

All of the farm raised products are here in Lexington so he won't have any of those until next weekend when I can make it out.

Each package has just over 1 pound of amazing beef snack sticks. They come in plain "beef slims", "beef and cheddar", or "beef, jalapeno and cheddar"!

Along with our farm raised T-bones we also have some very delicious farm raised ribeyes!

This beef was raised and finished just outside of Hershey and Justin did an amazing job finishing this steer, the marbling looks amazing on all of the steaks.

These ribeyes will be for sale for $18.99/lb and are all conveniently individually packaged!

Great for dinner and also a great way to sample some of Justin Blessin's Beef to see if you would like a 1/2 or whole beef of your own!

We are looking to have our next sale on Saturday 1/24 in North Platte. We will get a list out early next week but we are also excited to announce that we will have some farm raised beef for sale in individual packages!

We are hoping this will be able to be an ongoing thing, selling beef that Justin has fed and finished himself not only as 1/2, 1/4, and whole beef but also by the pound in individual packages!

I will be posting some of the cuts we will have over the next few days!

Up first T-bones! These delicious giants are around 1.25lbs per steak for the larger steaks and will be for sale for $17.99 per pound
