Natalie is at it again with another fabulous recipe. So simple, this is something you can easily do with the tomatoes coming in with our farmshare. They taste like little pizzas! Just mix a little mayo, breadcrumbs, parmesan & Dijon mustard dolloped on tomatoes and bake. When nice and tender, top with mozzarella for a few more minutes and golden!
