Borderland Specialty Meats, Foods and Smokehouse Borderland All of our meats are made by hand. We prefer to hand mix our sausages as it keeps the meat from "smearing" with the fat.

Our recipes, some handed down from relatives and friends and some concocted on our own, contain no fillers or preservatives. We think it produces a more meaty product.

We are unfortunately having an issue with our phone line. Last week we underwent a change as the city of Norway sold the phone, internet, cable etc. to Charter. Our phone was working after the switch, but at this time it’s down. We hope to have it back soon! If you have any questions, please message us here on our page. Tallow, extra virgin Greek olive oil and an essential oil. The scents are very light. The Tool Kit is $12.50. It is a balm made from tallow, extra virgin Greek olive oil, beeswax and essential oils. .
