We are the Poletti Family - Nick, Jen and our three girls. We are very blessed to have been able to purchase Campbell’s Custom Butchering. We know the Campbell’s did a wonderful job of taking care of their customers and our goal is to do the same.

Nick has been working under Mr. Campbell for almost a year now and prior to moving to Missouri, we ran a custom butcher shop on our ranch.

We will continue custom butchering beef and will also take on hogs. We look forward to meeting you all and plan to have a “meet and greet” at the shop very soon!
