A freshly baked sourdough loaf has just come out of the oven. I am considering adding sourdough bread to our weekend menu and would like to gauge interest. Would you be interested in sourdough bread, and would you prefer it in “loaf” or “boule” (round) shape? Would you want plain or inclusions added?
