Well that’s different
 as the Minnesotans say. After last year’s hiatus, it’s not the garden like the past. It was only supposed to be a small row of beans and possibly a “few” peas to test things out. I’m trying out some new growing techniques. 2026 garden season started!

Sunchoke update. Well year one was a fun experiment. Soups, raw, air fried and baked- all a hit. Year 2? Well it looks like my original 8’ row has expanded tremendously and is already up and flourishing.
