rs on the corner of Hoffman Boulevard and Grove Street in East Orange, NJ. Open 7 days a week he welcomed each customer into his family and made sure that each person had exactly what they wanted on their plates each and every meal. After 9 years and outgrowing this location, Niel as he was called by all, knew it was time to move to a larger location to satisfy the needs of his customers, staff, and himself. The doors once again open at our current location on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield. Located just off the corner of the same Grove Street and directly on "the Ave" 1978 was another great milestone. 51 years later we are still cutting the finest quality meats and still serving many who remember our first location. In 2010 we lost our founder Aniello Sr. when he lost his battle with cancer. The doors remain open with his wife Theresa and his son Neil running this delicious circus! And what a show it is, at any given time when you walk through the door you will hear a customer’s name being yelled out, conversations being had and if you are new to the neighborhood or the shop you will be welcomed with friendly servers, big smiles, and of course great food. Order with the same supplier for the past 41 years, they are local and can deliver daily if needed. Dates are important, we accept nothing that has a pack date of 14 days or more. Fresh never Frozen! We are highly skilled and trained butchers, which means, each and every cut will be exactly what you are asking for. We know our way around the kitchen, our staff will be able to advise the best way to cook specific cuts to assist you for the perfect meal.

From butcher block to stovetop our customers get the freshest food prepared for them so they can enjoy their party or event. We offer tray foods or a food truck to please all of your guests.
