🔥 CHEF JORDAN IN THE KITCHEN 🔥
Jordan's whipping up two of our favorites and honestly... we can't pick a winner. 😮‍💨

🍔 THE BADDY MELT — Your choice of buffalo or beef, grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, TWO slices of Swiss, TWO slices of cheddar, all finished with Rocky's Sauce. Stacked, melty, a little bit of trouble. 🧀

🍗 CHICKEN CORDON BLEU — We went crispy chicken on this one today 🐔 — mayo & mustard, lettuce & tomato, grilled ham, bacon, and Swiss cheese stacked up right. Rich, savory, straight up money.

The Glory Hole Burger 🔥
One beef patty. One buffalo patty. Desert Mountain Wagyu and Browns Buffalo Ranch — those guys are absolutely killing it on the meats and we're lucky to have them right down the road.

Here's how we do it: both patties get a bath in beef tallow for that extra pop, and we salt the meat. Always salt your meat. It's critical to the flavor and we will die on that hill.
Then it's 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, our cold brined pickles, and Rocky sauce 🫡

That's it. That's the burger. Come get one.

Brews & Beats is officially ON, y'all! 🎶🍻 September 4th & 5th and we could not be more fired up!

We kick things off TONIGHT at 4pm with our vendors setting up and our very first music act taking the stage 🤠🎸 And guess what? The weather gods are on our side — partly cloudy today, sunny skies tomorrow ☀️ Heck yes doesn't even cover it!

So grab your people, come thirsty, come hungry, and let's make some memories. Two days of live music, cold brews, great food, and good vibes all around. 🙌
