Black Pearl are a firmer variety that hold up well in soups or spaghetti sauce.
Mother of Pearl & King Blue saute up nicely to eat with burgers, eggs, or a side dish on their own.

🧂 We are restocked with Baja Gold Mineral Sea Salt

🐟 Salmon Patties from The Popsie Fish Company are packaged and ready to sell, along with sablefish & salmon portions.

🐰🌸 New Products & Easter Specials! 🌸🐰

🥦 New today! 🍅 We have quarts of Rhonda’s macaroni salad for sale. We will have her potato salad tomorrow, too. She will be restocking her salads at Wildflour every Monday.
Rhonda also has take & bake cinnamon rolls available. These will be great for an Easter morning treat!

🐖 Hams from Triangle M Ranch are on sale through April 4, $0.50 off per pound. Their hogs are pastured and organically fed & finished.

🐑 Just in time for Easter, we are all restocked with lamb from Regenesis Acres. We have 9 different cuts to choose from to fit your Easter table.

🐟 And to finish out the Lenten season, we are restocked with wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon & Sablefish (aka Black Cod or Butterfish) from The Popsie Fish Company. Salmon is available in fillets or 6oz portions. Sablefish is available in 6oz portions. And NEW this year, we have salmon patties. These pre-made patties are already seasoned and ready to heat and eat!
