🌽 Stop by the Harvest Stand anytime this week for fresh sweet corn!

You might not see us, but you’ll see the wagon filled with corn picked within the last 24 hours. We’ll keep it stocked all week, just grab what you need and pay using the honor system. There is a cash box on the shed, or a Venmo QR on the sign.

🌽 The Scott Farm Harvest Shed is OPEN today, and every weekend from 11:00-5:00, and we have it all!

🍿 Kettle corn and Flavored popcorn

And if you haven’t noticed, our friends from Gnomesteadpgh now have bundles of firewood available on the honor system at the gravel pit! 🔥 Stop by day or night and grab a bundle.

🌽 Believe it or not, sweet corn is hand-picked!

We’re still waiting on AI to figure out how to automate this part of farming 😆, but until then, we’ll keep the tractors running and the boots on the ground. 🚜🌽

We plan to keep the wagon stocked with fresh-picked sweet corn throughout the week, available on the honor system. Stop by, grab what you need, and enjoy some locally grown corn straight from our farm!

🍿 And popcorn will be BACK this weekend! Our popcorn show was on the road at the Findlay Fair last weekend, and we missed seeing our regular customers. We’ll be stocked back up this weekend and hope to see you!

🌽 CORN FOR A CAUSE IS THIS WEEKEND! 🌽

*** Weather Update*****
We wrapped up early due to the storm. The wagon is still filled with sweet corn at the shed with a cash donation box.

Stop by the Scott Farm Harvest Shed this weekend for fresh, homegrown sweet corn — and support a great cause while you’re at it! 💛🌽

Since 2020, Corn for a Cause has raised more than $30,000 for local nonprofit organizations, and we’re so excited to do it again this year! ❤️

All of the proceeds from this weekend will be donated to Friends of Killbuck Lodge, a local 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Killbuck Lodge, a historic log cabin dating back to the 1700s.

We owe a BIG shoutout to Market District for donating a BUNCH of paper bags for the cause. That said, we go through a lot of bags during Corn for a Cause, so BYO-bag if you can!

🌽 A quick heads-up: This weekend at the Harvest Shed, we’ll be selling SWEET CORN ONLY. No popcorn, honey, tallow lotion, or our other farm products will be available.

Our annual “Corn for a Cause” is coming up August 15th & 16th, and we can't wait to share some of the best fresh-picked sweet corn with our community!

This year, all of the proceeds will benefit Friends of Killbuck Lodge, an organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the historic Kilbuck Lodge.

💚 We're also looking for volunteers! Our Corn for a Cause event is only possible because of neighbors willing to lend a hand picking corn. Whether you can help for an hour or the whole day, we'd love to have you. All ages are welcome, and no experience is necessary!
