June 1, 2026 - SELF SERVE STAND IS OPEN

We are officially open and ready for you stop by! You'll find Cucumbers and Tomatoes (just starting so very limited), Jelly, Maple Syrup, Eggs, Bacon, Beef, Ziva and Sylvie's Beaded Pens, and more!

Reminder this is on the honor system, but there are multiple cameras in place. If you need something, you can text us at the number on the board. Or a kid might even greet you in the stand. BUT we do ask that you do NOT wander back in the greenhouses or beyond our driveway.

We accept cash, Venmo, or Paypal at the stand. In addition, we are able to take the WIC and Senior certificates for any of our produce!

May 30, 2026 - Notes from Jenn

This was my view for the better part of today. My sunburned arm, the knot in my right shoulder, and the pain in my right leg can confirm this is true. Tammy, Buck, Tim, and I planted over 2,500 melons and pumpkins.

But not before feeling all sorts of defeated. We are not kidding when we say "Farming is one-step forward and three steps back."

Trying to get things loaded and in place last night was the true example:

✔️Go to drive box truck to the field - blow a serpentine belt and in turn have a seized alternator. (HUGE SHOUT OUT to our good friend, Logan Steinke for getting us fixed and back on the road)

✔️Load trailer with extra water and the tiller - lights don't work on the trailer!

✔️ Unload lawn tractor from trailer - back tire is low.

When I say one thing after another, I do not joke. Money is tight. Things continue to break. Through it all, we are still laughing and joking. But most importantly, we are TRUSTING! Trusting in our Jesus, who promises to never leave us and to always be working for our benefit!

Whew! So, today we planted. And now we wait and trust that God will provide!

🤯Have you heard there is a lettuce shortage right now?

📢Starting tomorrow, you can stop by the stand and get your hands on our fresh picked and delicious Buttercrunch Lettuce!

🥳We'll have lots of other goodies too, including our yummy maple syrup, grape jelly, beef and bacon, and the girls have a few items they've been making out there too!
