The sweet, dedicated, hardworking folks at Sanctuary Bistro did a blog about us! Check out their Community Nights on Mondays for a great meal with a short presentation by one of a diverse group of Bay Area businesses. It was really fun for us to get to talk up close and personal with people when we usually answer questions like these by shouting over a loud crowd at SOMA Streets while a bunch of other people are waiting for their food. Lovely! Thank you Sanctuary Bistro!

Look what's happening at Citizen Fox SF right now, til 10. Schuder is cooking on the binchotan. He's making grilled carrots and he says it works well for Rhizocali Tempeh too! It gives it a nice smoky taste. Tonight he'll be serving it with broccoli di cicco, horseradish mashed potatoes, and black garlic gravy.
