You can either message us directly on Facebook, and I can call you at a time that works best for you to go through cutting instructions (the best way for first-time ordering), or you can use our website if you're familiar with how you want it cut and place an online cutting order. When placing an order on our website, please select 'BOELL' as the producer's name. For any questions, shoot us a message. Thank you for all the support and for allowing us to feed your family! $4.90 a pound on the carcass weight includes beef and processing. Options are 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or a whole. The average weight is 935 for the whole carcass. Calculations are as follows: 935 x $4.9 = $4581.50 for a whole beef, 701.25 x $4.9 = $3436.13 for 3/4 beef, 467.5 x $4.9 = $2290.75 for 1/2 beef, and 233.76 x $4.9 = $1145.38 for 1/4 beef, based on average weights.

We are now accepting snap ebt cards. We have retail on hand and can also accept them for 1/4 1/2 or whole shares of beef and 1/2 and whole hogs.
