🌱 Soybeans do the groundwork.
As a legume, they work with soil bacteria to pull nitrogen from the air and feed it back into the soil. That means less need for synthetic fertilizers, fewer emissions tied to making them, and healthier soil over time. They also leave fields in better shape for whatever gets planted next, like a reset button for the land.
Same soybean, different form: tofu.
Simple ingredient, long story.
So one of the easiest things you could do this ? Eat some tofu!
