Behind the scenes at for the canning of the sixth batch of SHUCKS! Oyster Pilsner, a KFBC x .the.gills collaboration that’s now in year four!

Shoutout to head brewer Melanie, Trevor, Dan, Anthony, Ben and Barry for making this batch the best yet. We provided twice the amount of fresh CT oyster shells than we’ve used in the past, and this batch is unmistakably mineraly, crisp and refreshing … just like an oyster. Cheers! 🍻🦪
