Back in stock - Unblended organic West Virginia maple syrup.
This is from the same single run of 2024 maple from my friends' farm in the mountains of WV that I've been selling all year.
Their maple works is as far south as you can tap maple trees, and the limestone in the WV soil gives this syrup it's insanely special flavor and color. I've had more than a couple market goers from Vermont and Canada tell me it's the best syrup they've ever had.
This makes a great gift, but you won't want to give it away if you try some, so just get two jars 😆 I hate to be a salesman, but if you've tried some already you know what I mean!

This season I got to take a road trip all over Puerto Rico with my family. Thanks to for tending the garden while I was away! It was a great week back at the markets. I'll be selling through mid-June this year before the summer break.
