Hickory Hammock Farm is our little piece of heaven, tucked under oaks, magnolias, hickories, and sweet bay trees here in Marion County, FL. Started in 1980, we have helped promote the age-old art of home canning and preservation of foods, door yard gardening & the benefits of fresh produce and home-crafted food items. To this end, we have taught generations of friends, family & neighbors these sam

e skills, passed down to us before. In making these fine jams, jellies, etc., for family & friends, we learned of the yearning for such items to be made available to the general public.
