With a small slaughter operation, butcher services and further processing, all under USDA inpection, we maintain the highest standards in quality from start to finish. We offer custom processing for local ranchers, as well as sell our locally made products to retailers around the county. Our products are made using only premium cuts of meat, quality ingredients and time tested recipes. We are all

This week we brought in some very serious investigators to ask the important questions:

Where does your beef come from?
Is it safe?
And why is ground beef so damn expensive?

At Panizzera, we actually know the answers.

Our local grass-fed, grass-finished beef comes from Sonoma County, we process under USDA inspection, and every production lot of ground beef is sent to a lab for STEC/E. coli testing before we grind it.

And because apparently solving mysteries works up an appetite, ground beef is on sale this week:

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping get the word out and to KRON4 News for getting us on the news last night and drawing some attention to our thief. Unfortunately we have a new victim of this guy evaaa__mariee had her home broken into by him and he made off with a substantial amount of cash from their young family. The sheriffs are actively working on it, but help us find this guy!

Unfortunately, we were robbed at Panizzera Meat Co. on Sunday the 9th out of our register, during business hours. I have put together a compilation of the security footage we have on a YouTube video, but unfortunately our cameras did not capture a license plate or anything. Hoping someone recognizes him or can check their cameras to maybe see if they can get a shot of his plates. Sheriffs office case . He turned west towards bohemian highway out of our parking lot around 2:45pm on 9th, in a grey Subaru Legacy. Stay safe and vigilant out there neighbors!
