June 23/24 I’m hosting a pop up, flea market style, farmers co-op. Bring your stuff. Set up a table. Then buy, sale, swap, trade, upgrade or leave for donation bin for Ocoee Christian Service center/goodwill Sunday at 5 donations are collected and picked up.
We will be hosting 8-4. There will be a kids made and ran lemonade stand, “Lou’s Lous famous lemonade $2“. I’m also smoking some pork. I think there’s enough in the garden to make a good potato salad(mayo based). Meat should be done around 9/10 and a pulled pork Sandwich is only $5, or if you want 1-2 pounds of smoked meat to take. Please pre order by Friday 22. And the potato salad $2. I guess I should get some cases of water as well, keep them on ice.
General idea is that all items that are for sale,(unless marked sale only sticker) we swap, trade, barter what we have for what we need.
I have mangos, avocados, collards, cabbage, green beans and tomatoes, lots of peppers. Veggie starts of peppers, tomato. I have Hawaiian ties some Croton’s a few hibiscus trees, and three mango trees for sale . I have feeder pigs available. You can take it as it is or we can field dress it for you to take to your butcher to process. I can quarter if you don’t have a butcher. Chickens of various breeds and ages, baby chicks, fertilized chicken and duck eggs, Muscovy ducks various sizes and few ducklings. But the rabbits aren’t for sale. But they can be petted!
There will be an area for clothing. So far it’s mostly woman’s. Each piece is .50each. Random kid toys. I make handmade crochet blankets, I’d like to barter them for tools and equipment.
A huge collection of diecast cars, old metal ones. Some kitchen cook ware, outdoor furniture. Lawn equipment, tools, car parts and truck accessories, tires, and I have some sago palms for trade/barter. I want them gone and I need a back pack blower for my farm.
So if your want to set a spot up for your own yard sale items, or trade/barter items from your farm, or whatever your side hustle is, come set up a spot, bring a table and chairs. Umbrella and pop up if you can’t handle the sun all day.
