Happy Easter everyone the turkeys are on the smoker being basted in love this morning!!! Come out to Fire It Up BBQ today anytime from 11:00 till 2 pm and get a smoked turkey plate. we will have smoked turkey
Sweet potato casserole
Stuffing
Green Lima beans
Cranberry sauce
Rolls
Come on out and get you a turkey plate and don’t worry about cooking Easter lunch just enjoy your day!!!

Attention all barbecue enthusiasts, Fire It Up BBQ is pleased to announce its operating hours for this weekend. We will be open on Saturday, the 4th, and Easter Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. Our menu will feature BBQ pork and brisket sandwiches, bowls, and plates on Saturday, while on Sunday, we will be serving smoked turkey. Join us for a delightful culinary experience. On Saturday, our sides will include macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, and string beans. The smoked turkey plates on Sunday will come with sweet potato casserole, stuffing with gravy, green limas with cranberry sauce, and a roll.

Great news y’all the food trailer is now complete and is being scheduled for delivery!!! We have an awesome menu and can’t wait to share it all with you!!!

Greetings y’all just wanna give everybody a heads up on the food trailer. It made it back safely and is now being worked on. We are still working on the menu and have a few exciting add ons that I think going to be a walking meal so stay tuned I’ll let you know when it’s heading back to the island!!!

Greetings y’all, I wanted to reach out to everyone and let you know that my food trailer has gone back to the company for some love. We will have it back by the end of March and will be up and running at the Blue Heron parking lot across from the variety store. We will have a solid menu and pricing when we return.
