I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. These Asiago Cheese & Cracked Black Pepper Sourdough Bagels are my absolute favorite.

Made with freshly grated Asiago cheese and fresh cracked black pepper, these are packed with savory, cheesy flavor with just the right amount of pepper.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for another OUTSTANDING market! I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this little one-woman cottage bakery continues to grow because of YOU.
Over 150 sourdough items went home with our amazing customers today! 😭🍞
Here’s what you helped us sell:
🥯 108 sourdough bagels — all kinds of flavors
🧈 5 dozen sourdough English muffins
🍪 21 dozen sourdough cookies
🍞 16 sourdough bread flights
🌻 Over 80 Sourdough loaves — Classic, Jalapeño Cheddar & Bacon Gouda
That is A LOT of sourdough coming out of one little kitchen! 😂
Every loaf, bagel, English muffin, cookie, and bread flight represents hours of mixing, folding, shaping, baking, packaging, loading the vehicle, setting up—and then doing it all over again. But getting to watch you walk away with something I made with my own two hands makes every single minute worth it.

This is the face of gratitude!! Today was one of those days that leaves my heart so full.

The Sunflower Cottage sold out at TWO markets today—Big Spring and Monahans! ❤️🌻

As a one-woman bakery and a single mom, every loaf of bread, every bag of bagels, every cookie, and every purchase means so much more than just a sale. It helps keep this little dream alive, supports my family, and reminds me that all the long hours are worth it.

To everyone who stopped by, shared a kind word, waited in line, or chose to support my small business instead of a big store... thank you. I truly don’t take a single dollar you spend with me for granted.
