We pulled 104 pounds of carrots today. Scarlet Nantees and some Sativus (rainbow) variety. All of it going to local restaurants. Paid for before we even harvested it! As fresh as possible.

We are so excited and beyond grateful for our community's support during our first year of reopening after the storms!

We have tomatoes, eggplant, tomatillos, cucumbers, onions and a LOT of pepper varieties on the way to help us ride through another arduous summer.

We spent the afternoon poppin' in the peppers today! This is phase two of our pepper production to ensure we will have plenty for the coming months. We planted more Jalapeños, Serranos, Red Cubanelle, some sweet varieties, and plenty of Bells. We even have some mature Ghost peppers and Thai Dragon for those willing to dare a dance with them! They'll grow up quick with proper irrigation and their forefathers close by for guidance (everybody knows plants speak to each other).
