We apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and the reason for what happened is that the POS automatically adds non cash adj fees for using the credit card if it is used, and there are no fees when paying in cash. Unfortunately, what happened here is that when the customer tried to use the credit card, the non cash adj fees for using the card were added in this process, but the card did not work and the customer decided to pay in cash and the employee used the same process to pay cash and thought that the same process could be used to pay in cash even though he was unaware that the fees for using the card were already added and he should have gone back to the beginning of the process and deleted it manually.

If anything like this comes up, and a customer is unhappy with anything else in the meantime; please come to the Deli asking for Moh after 4 PM and I will take care of it right away.

The staff has been trained to avoid any mistakes in the future. We thank you very much for your understanding. We are trying hard to make everyone happy and have a good experience with us.
