Yard Truck Driver
This person will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations through safe trailer movement, forklift operation, and material handling. This role preforms the movement of products and equipment between loading docks, staging areas, and storage. The position also includes routine equipment inspections and collaboration with warehouse staff, other drivers, and production support. This role does not require a CDL license, but having one is a plus. This is not an over-the-road driver. This position requires some experience operating semi-trucks, handling large loads, heavy equipment, or farm equipment. You will also be performing routine maintenance on the yard truck and semi-trailers.
Required:
Driver's License
Heavy Equipment experience
Must be able to back 53’ trailer
Must be able to climb in and out of trailers safely
Requiring regular sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work in varied weather conditions.
Independent work environment with occasional team interaction.
12-hour shifts, 24/7; 7 AM – 7 PM, 7 PM-7 AM work schedules.
