While our doors are closing, this isn’t the end of Kinfolk—it’s the beginning of something new. Our focus is shifting to updates on the farm, our future farm stand, and education on local farming.
Thank you to everyone who supported our shop over the years. Your encouragement, conversations, and purchases meant more than you know.

Many people don’t realize that one of the biggest challenges for small farms isn’t raising animals, it’s getting processing appointments.

The PRIME Act aims to reduce barriers for local processors and create more opportunities for farmers to bring locally raised meat directly to their communities.

Supporters believe it could help reduce waitlists, expand local food access, and strengthen small scale agriculture.
