Super proud of our kill floor crew. Had 14 beef (average weight 673 lb) and 7 hogs dead and hanging in cooler in 7.5 hours. SUGAR CREEK RECORD! Over 10,000 lbs worth of hanging weight. Blessed with a good crew all the way through.

We have a 1/4 of grass fed grain finished beef available for pickup next week. Hanging weight for the 1/4 is 172 lb at $6.00/lb. We felt that it was important to protect our product and more importantly our customers product. In saying that we have purchased and installed a Generac generator that has the capabilities of carrying the load of our plant in an event of a power outage.
