VENDOR SPOTLIGHT ⭐️ PUTT FARM

Pamela Putt is a board member and the hands and creativity behind Putt Farm! She has been gardening since childhood, growing an incredible variety of fresh, local food on her husband’s farm since 2012. From growing the “best sweet corn you’ll ever eat” to crafting everyday essentials, she pours a lifetime of learned skills into everything she shares with our community.

Here is a glimpse of what Pamela brings to the market:

🌽 Homegrown Produce – Tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, carrots, cucumbers, squash, and fresh herbs.
🧼 Handcrafted Skincare – Homemade glycerin soaps, shampoo bars, tallow body butters, lip balms, and soothing bug balms.
🧵 Useful & Beautiful Crafts – Crocheted doilies, hair scrunchies, dishcloths, and fun tote bags stitched from repurposed feed bags.

Pamela believes that community traditions are preserved by practicing and passing them on. Whether she is supplying fresh harvest or working toward adding home-processed jams, jellies, and seasoning mixes to her offerings, she is dedicated to connecting neighbors with real, locally grown food.

Stop by the market tomorrow 9am-1pm and say hi! 👋 Lincoln Park Pavillion 📍

COME SATURDAY, BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY. 🌻

The farmers market is one of those places where the little things add up. Kids see where their food comes from. They meet the people who grow it. They taste something new. They watch neighbors support one another. And, little by little, they begin to understand what it means to be in community.

That’s why we believe the market is more than a place to shop — it’s a third space. A place for families to gather, kids to explore, neighbors to connect, and community to grow.

And this Saturday, we’re making it especially fun for our littlest market friends!

🎨 Face painting
🌱 DIY terrariums

Excited to have Fat Cat Cupcakes join us this weekend!

We’re headed to the Olean Farmers Market!

Come see us this Saturday from 9 AM–1 PM! We’ll be bringing plenty of cupcakes and our big, chewy Chubby Charlie Cookies—including some gluten-free options!

The menu pictured is our tentative menu for Saturday. Flavors are subject to change based on our ability to make them all, but we’re planning to bring a good variety.

Come early for the best selection—once a flavor is gone, it’s gone!

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT! ⭐️ Bear Hollow Briar

“Hello! My name is Abby of Bear Hollow Briar located in Allegany, NY. Here on the Brair, I offer farm fresh, free range eggs and meats. My beautiful and colorful eggs come from
a flock of various breeds of chickens, most of which were hatched here on the farm. My fresh chicken and turkey meats are from a flock of well-tended and loved birds that live
their best and healthiest lives from day one to the end.

I grew up on a horse farm in the Rochester area. In the years leading to and a few after receiving my Master’s degree in Accounting at the University at Buffalo, I lived in heart
of the city but always felt the call back to my roots. After having my daughter in 2021, my husband and I decided it was time to make the move. We moved to Allegany with a vision of farming but no plan. Chickens are an easy jump off point in agriculture so that’s where I started. Since then, our flock has grown from 6 chicks in bathtub to 100+ birds milling about the yard on any given day. I started processing chickens in pursuit of locally sourced meat. I spent the majority of my young adult life as a vegetarian unwilling to support the commercialized meat industry. My intensions are simple: to provide products to people concerned about where their food comes from and awareness to people interested in eating local.
In addition to the poultry, I have countless projects on the horizon in attempts of living the most sustainable life possible for me and for my family. My husband is working on perfecting his maple craft and I am dabbling in various goat milk products. I love animals, gardening, cooking, baking and preserving. I am forever grateful for the bounty of the earth and for my family, friends and the community. Thank you all for the endless
love and support!”

Abby will be at the market this Saturday, stop by and say hi! 👋

You went to the market for ONE thing. And somehow you left with lettuce, tomatoes, flowers, bread, eggs, maple syrup, half a cow, and a new cabinet. 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like a nice little Saturday!
