If you haven't tried the Promenade Blend yet... you're missing out.

I wanted to capture everything I love about an almond croissant and turn it into a granola. Toasted almonds, buttery (but vegan), vanilla bean paste from Noelle's Comfort Kitchen , crispy cornflakes, and just the right amount of sweetness make this one feel like something you'd find in your favorite local bakery.

Small batch, sourdough fermented, made with olive oil... and one of my favorite blends to snack on right out of the bag.

The Inked Loaf is a small family-owned cottage bakery specializing in handcrafted sourdough breads and baked goods. We offer a variety of sourdough products including artisan loaves, English muffins, granola, granola bars, specialty cookies, and seasonal favorites. While most of our products are made with sourdough, our popular Chocolate Chip Duck Egg Cookies are a customer favorite all on their own!

We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, freshly milled grains, and simple, quality ingredients to create fresh, delicious products made with love. Every item is baked in small batches with a focus on flavor, freshness, and craftsmanship.

Did you get to check out Willy’s Wondershop Crafts at the last market? OMG *such* cute things!!! I grabbed this little snowman because my granddaughter fell in love with him but I was struggling because there was a narwhal! Where else can you buy a stuffed narwhal???
In addition to the adorable handmade stuffies, they have Eagles fans' favorites, crocheted fidget toys, signs and more. Definitely a stand to check out at our July 15 Pikeville Market !!!
