Four years ago, we hung a sign on a building and took a leap of faith.
Today, as we celebrate 4 years of Simon Meat Locker, we're grateful for how far we've come and for everyone who has helped us get here.
From our loyal customers who have been with us since the beginning to those who walked through our doors for the first time this year—thank you. Your support means more than you'll ever know. As a small business, every customer, every order, and every recommendation makes a difference.
We've worked hard to build a business that reflects our values: quality products, honest service, and a commitment to continually improving. We take pride in every product that leaves our facility and are always looking for ways to better serve our customers and community.
We're also grateful for the support and education we've received through our involvement with KMPA and for the opportunity for Cody to serve as the 2026 KMPA President.
The photos below remind us that while a lot has changed over the last four years, one thing hasn't: our appreciation for the people who support us.
