Best breakfast burrito EVER! (submitted by Beth Oppliger)
Use a brown rice tortilla and lightly fry it in butter on each side.
Add a scrambled egg, a scoop of black beans, sliced avocado and any of Tierra Bonita's AMAZING salsas.
I honestly look forward to eating this every morning. The key is Tierra Bonita's salsas...

Exquisite Tofu Spread:
Take a block of soft tofu and mash it thoroughly in a bowl,
Add 3+oz of Tierra Bonita's Cilantro Garlic Sauce and mix well, until it's a nicely spreadable consistency.
Grate a bit of fresh ginger into the tofu mash and add tamari to taste
Keeps well in a covered container in the fridge for up to a week.
Excellent on savory crackers or scooped up with celery or lettuce.
