Hello everyone! Mike Zyrowski here, former owner of Flint Hills Custom Meat. I want to thank each and every one of you for your business and ongoing support. It has been an absolute honor to process some of the best beef in Kansas over the last 3 years, and even make a few friendships along the way.
The decision to walk away from Flint Hills Custom Meat certainly wasn’t an easy one, but it was one that I knew in my head and in my heart needed to be done. I definitely don’t want this to be my final farewell - so if you’re ever in the Belvue, Kansas area, please feel free to stop by Kansas Premium Meats, where I am beginning my new journey. It would be really nice to see some familiar faces.
With that being said, I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Good evening everyone!!! This weekend is fathers day and what better way to treat dad on his special day than with mouth watering steaks !!! We will have some great deals such as ribeyes @$19.98/lb KC STRIPS @$19.98/lb land fresh ground beef at the all time low price of $3.89/lb. We will also have 2 full sides of beef ready to go that come with a 7cu ft. Freezer !!! We will be located Custom Wood Products in st Mary’s on Saturday June 18 from 10am -3pm

Premium steaks for $18.49/lb we have a 1000lb supply of burger so it will be 1st come first serve until supplies run out !
