This is from an email that we were sent from our a customer of ours:

Hello!
I just got my first box of goodies delivered and really need to thank you for what you do.

I got handed a life sentence of low sodium eating from my nephrologist and while I am grateful and blessed to have medical care that helps me live a healthy life (I really do like and respect my doctors), it felt like that - a life sentence of bland eating, saying no to everything, never eating out without awful consequences, long searches and longer times reading labels, harsh metallic salt subs, and the depressing slog of reverse engineering yet another blasted thing if I can't find something acceptable on the internet myself without spending even more sleepless nights digging for it... just the very life sucked out of a lot of what makes food so happy, even though normally I love cooking.

Until, that is, the first thing I opened was the Healthy Heart Dill Pickles. I actually teared up. Happy tears. Joyful tears. I literally felt like hope was back. THEN I opened everything else. I was, by the end of the box, giggling. I can have ranch dressing (MySalt) and pickles and BBQ and balsamic dressing and bread & butter chips!! And it is simply yummy food - not "diet" food!!

So, again, thank you, thank you, thank you. This household has a lot of food issues (unavoidable, serious food issues) among its members and we have conquered them all for the past 25 years, but this last round of "oh, not THAT either" (sodium) added to my personal list really felt defeating.

You gave me hope - and DILL PICKLES and BREAD & BUTTER CHIPS!!!
