🦌 Venison Value-Added Processing Resumes January 13 🦌
Orange Custom Game Processing

We’ll begin making venison snack sticks, sausage, jerky, and more starting January 13. If you’ve been waiting to get your venison turned into value-added products, here’s what we offer:

🥩 Snack Sticks
Regular, Honey BBQ, Teriyaki, Pepperoni, Devil’s Kiss (Ghost Chili)
➡️ Any flavor with or without cheese

🌭 Summer Sausage
Traditional or Jalapeño
➡️ With or without cheese

🔥 Smoked Sausage
Kielbasa, Roasted Garlic, Jalapeño
➡️ All available with or without cheese

🌭 Hot Dogs & Bologna
Venison Hot Dogs, Cheddar Dogs
Bologna, Jalapeño Bologna, Bologna with Cheese

🥓 Venison Bacon

🥩 Venison Jerky (Ground or Whole Muscle)
Teriyaki, House Blend, Honey BBQ, Pepper Garlic, Chili, Honey

At this time, we are several days out for drop-off, and scheduling is required so we can keep the workflow moving safely and efficiently.

We are accepting deer as fast as we can process them, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience during this busy stretch of rifle season.

Our coolers are at capacity, and to ensure quality processing for the hunters already checked in, we must temporarily close intake.

We will post an update as soon as we are able to take in more deer.

🦌 Rifle Season Update – Please Read 🦌

We are NOT accepting deer until Saturday, November 15th.
Once we open, we’ll be taking in as many deer as we can safely manage for rifle season — but we expect to fill up quickly, so plan ahead and arrive early.

Processing prices starting Nov. 15:
➡️ $195 per deer
➡️ Sausage, caping for mounts, and beef/pork/bacon additions to grinds are extra

Reminder:
We do NOT accept deer that were found the following day, or deer that have been partially eaten by scavengers. This is for food safety, quality, and regulatory reasons — thank you for understanding.
